Making A Purchase How To Order from Splish Splash Splosh

INTERNET
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can use PayPal (the online secure payment system) or telephone us with your payment details or send a cheque in the post with your order reference - whichever suits you. Please note, you do not need to set up a PayPal account to use PayPal - just bypass the set up account step and enter your payment details.

Pay pal eCheque can take between 7-9 days to clear, and we will not dispatch goods until funds have cleared. If you have paid via eCheque and need your items sooner than 7-9 days, please contact us.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. If you are a member of Flippers Swimbabes and your child attends classes you can simply place your order with your instructor and have your products delivered to your pool, usually in time for your next class.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Normal Delivery time
Most orders are dispatched same day making the UK delivery time about 1 to 2 working days. If an item is out of stock or we have a high quantity of orders to deal with there may be a slight delay - in exceptional cases up to 10 working days. We will notify you if the delay is to be any more than 2 working days.

Urgent Deliveries
If you require an item(s) urgently please telephone us. If we have the item in stock we will make every effort to ensure you get it as soon as required.

Worldwide shipping - cost dependant on weight of package - please contact us for details.
Free - Orders over £60 and for deliveries to Swimbabes pools (members only) or for collection from our shops.
At the present time we operate standard deliveries to the UK mainland only. If you require an item delivering offshore UK or to anywhere in the world we will charge you the appropriate shipping cost, this will be confirmed when you order.

Returns Policy
Splish Splash Splosh is dedicated to offering the highest level of products, quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, as long as it is returned in its original packaging, in a saleable condition and within 10 working days (2 weeks) of receipt we will be happy to exchange it or give you a full refund. Returns postage and packaging is a direct cost to you and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Goods should be returned back to us at the address provided at the bottom of the order form. Please obtain proof of postage as claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without proof of postage.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in less than 7 days.
