Step By Step Guide to Fitting Swim Goggles

1) Place the goggles over the eyes before fitting the strap. Gentle pressure should then be applied to the goggles. If suction is achieved then the goggles will provide a leak free fit. Place around the head gently. A firm, not too tight fit that does not apply any awkward pressure will be perfect.

2) Adjustment of the head strap may be necessary but remove the goggles first.

3) To remove goggles safely, put thumbs under head strap at side of head. Slide thumbs to back of head and lift strap from back to front of head.

4)After use, rinse goggles in clear cold water and keep in a goggle pouch to avoid scratching the lenses.

DO NOT let your child
• pull goggles away from their face - they may spring back and cause pain.
• dive or jump into water wearing their goggles.
• swim Underwater below 2 meters in goggles.
• allow others to use their goggles.
