Making a Purchase
Internet
You can use PayPal (the online secure payment system) or telephone us with your payment details or send a cheque in the post with your order reference - whichever suits you. Please note, you do not need to set up a PayPal account to use PayPal - just bypass the set up account step and enter your payment details.
Pay pal eCheque can take between 7-9 days to clear, and we will not dispatch goods until funds have cleared. If you have paid via eCheque and need your items sooner than 7-9 days, please contact us.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Swimbabes Lessons
If you are a member of Swimbabes and your child attends classes you can simply place your order online using code SWIM15 which will entitle you to 15% off. Swimbabes instructors no longer deliver items to the pool.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Swimbabes Terms and conditions of Bookings for lessons
Full payment must be taken to secure your place, this is usually made at the time of booking on credit or debit card details. If you wish to pay by cheque or cash you must do this within 5 days of booking your place or you will loose the place. If you have more than 1 baby and toddler attending we do offer discounts so please do ask the office.
Full terms and conditions for each venue will be provided upon the booking form for each venue and you will be asked to complete and sign this at the time of booking to confirm your acceptance of such. See example Terms and Conditions form.
Cancellation procedure for new starters
We are not obliged to refund or transfer your money, however if you need to cancel please give written confirmation that you wish to cancel at least 10 days in advance of your course start date. Give your child’s name, lesson time, venue details and reason for cancellation. A £10 administration fee will be deducted from any refund that you are due.
Payment
We take all major credit and debit cards (either by phone or online) and can also accept cash payments (we recommend that you only use this method directly to our instructors).
Deferrals
We will only agree to deferral of sessions from an existing course to a subsequent course on medical grounds. Where a deferral is sought and agreed we will require a doctors note to honour this and the deferral can only be for remaining sessions after the date of this note. Any deferral will only be to the subsequent term, any futher arrangements will be at the discretion of the Swimbabes partners.
