Swimbabes Delivery Procedure

Orders are usually dispatched the same day and all parcels are sent via Royal Mail. If for any reason there is a delay with an item you've ordered then you will be notified by telephone or email.

Standard Delivery Rate- £3.95 to UK Mainland destinations. This is not a guaranteed next day service but parcels usually arrive next working day. Spend over £50 and this service is absolutely free!

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - available at £7.95 for UK Mainland orders, for all orders received by 3pm. If you order after 3pm please telephone 01484 683570 to check if items will be sent. This is guaranteed for next working day only, ie. all items ordered monday to thursday guaranteed next day, orders placed on a friday will be guaranteed for monday delivery.

For any items which go out of stock before being removed from the website, customers will be notified by telephone or email to discuss replacement products or a later delivery date.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship any of our items internationally. If you are placing an order for delivery outside of the UK please select the “guaranteed next day delivery” to cover the international postage costs.

Once we receive your order we will pick and pack your goods, then check the actual postage costs and delivery options. If the cost of this is within the amount paid we will dispatch your item immediately and confirm delivery times with you.

If the cost for postage is more we will let you know the excess postage to be paid and invoice you for this before we ship your goods.
