Swimbabes Delivery Procedure Orders are usually dispatched the same day and all parcels are sent via Royal Mail. If for any reason there is a delay with an item you've ordered then you will be notified by telephone or email. Standard Delivery Rate - £3.95 to UK Mainland destinations. This is not a guaranteed next day service with parcels usually arriving within 2 - 3 working days. Please note if you use this service an item is not classed as lost until 10 working days after posting, items will only be re-sent or refunded after this date. Spend over £50 and this first class service is absolutely free! Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - available at £8.95 for UK Mainland orders, for all orders received by 3pm. If you order after 3pm your item will be sent guaranteed next day in the following day's post. This is guaranteed for next working day only, ie. all items ordered monday to thursday guaranteed next day, orders placed on a friday will be guaranteed for monday delivery. Please do note that orders can only be delivered guaranteed next day from Monday to Thursday and on orders recieved before 3pm, orders placed for guaranteed delivery on a Saturday and Sunday will be delivered before 1pm on tuesday. Royal Mail do offer a saturday guaranteed delivery but this does carry an additional charge of £3, if you wish to place an order on friday for a guaranteed saturday delivery please call us on 01484 683570. For any items which go out of stock before being removed from the website, customers will be notified by telephone or email to discuss replacement products or a later delivery date. PLEASE NOTE items sent with free P&P on promotions will be charged P&P if returned for a refund.
International Delivery We are happy to ship any of our items internationally. If you are placing an order for delivery outside of the UK please select your country for delivery and your international untracked postage costs will be applied. If however your order exceeds 1KG in weight we may have to contact you for excess postage before we ship your goods. This is an untracked Royal Mail service and we cannot be held responsible for losses and will not re send goods that are deemed lost. We offer an alternative tracked service (please email us if you want this service) to Austria, Belguim, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland only. All other countries it is an untracked service via Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for any losses. This service usually takes 7/20 working days. The tracked service via Royal Mail takes typically 7/20 working days and items are signed for when recieved. The cost for this service is £12.95. Please be aware that some countries charge customs tax on your items and we will not be liable for this. Returns Policy Swimbabes is dedicated to offering the highest level of product quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, as long as it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and within 10 working days (2 weeks) of receipt we will be happy to exchange it or give you a full refund. For goods that are returned outside of the returns period we will only offer an exchange or credit note. Returns postage and packaging is a direct cost to you and we regret that they cannot be refunded.If your order exceeded the threshold for free p and p and you return goods that would take your order below this threshold our standard p and p charge of £3.95 will be deducted from any refund due. Please also note that refunds for returned items are adjusted for any discounts applied to your original order amount. Please note that where the packaging is damaged so items will need to be reduced for any future sales your refund will be less a 25% fee. Goods should be returned back to us at the address provided at the bottom of the order form. Please obtain proof of postage as claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without proof of postage.
