Swimming Nappies

Swimming Nappies

Swimming nappies are essential for all little swimmers from birth to 4 years, beyond this age we would urge parents to use common sense as to where their child’s potty training is up to. Many parents think that once their child is potty trained they no longer need swimming nappies but what they must remember is that an accident on dry land is quite self contained to the child however in the swimming pool it is quite a different matter and a major issue for others using the pool. Pools where accidents do occur will need to be cleared of all other swimmers and can commonly be shut for over 24 hours whilst the clean up is completed to the required standard for public health. It really is irresponsible to remove swimming nappies from children too soon.

At Swimbabes we have everything you need for even the smallest swimmer. Our team of trained infant aquatics teachers have tried and tested our range of swimming nappies so they will give you the best possible protection from embarrassing leaks!

Our team recommends parents use a combination of disposable swimming nappies (from Huggies) underneath a reusable Swimming Nappy. This layering not only increases the protection but it also acts as a nappy liner if baby does have an accident. No Need to spend ages washing the reusable nappy, simply throw the disposable away and rinse out the reusable.
