Returns Policy

Swimbabes is dedicated to offering the highest level of product quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, as long as it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and within 14 days of receipt we will be happy to give you a refund. For goods that are returned outside of the returns period we will only offer an exchange or credit note. Credit notes run for 3 months from the date of issue only. Returns postage and packaging is a direct cost to you and we regret that they cannot be refunded.  Original P&P charges will be deducted from any refund due. For economy orders with free P&P, £1.50 will be deducted from any refund due, to cover original  postage costs incurred.  Please also note that refunds for returned items are adjusted for any discounts applied to your original order amount. Where the packaging is damaged or labels missing,  your refund will be less a 25% fee.

Goods should be returned back to us at the address provided below. Please obtain proof of postage as claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without proof of postage.
Please note refunds are not provided for sale / discounted items.

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges on products other than faulty items. In order to provide the best service and quickest turn around, if you find yourself with a product that doesn't fit, isn't right for you or you've simply changed your mind, you can follow our standard returns process, opting for a refund. This means you can jump on site and order the replacement right away, making sure you get it at the price you want and when it's in stock.
